Soccer Referees

Recruiting

Multi-Sports

AO Sub-Assignor

Be an AO Sub-Assignor?

As an AO Sub-Assignor you

would basically be in charge of assigning for your area, use your own officiating pool, and be responsible for monitoring your area. AO could take care of all billings, payments, 1099s, email game reminders, etc (depending upon our agreement).

Please see AO/Sub-Assignor info at bottom left of "Operating Info" page.

Soccer Ref Fast Track

Challenge Your Level

If you are not yet ready for high school/U19 level soccer officiating, then AssignOfficial may have opportunities to help you achieve that level. These opportunities would vary depending upon your officiating experience, area, and age (it is preferred by most leagues that you officiate games that you are at least 2 years older than the players). Contact AssignOfficial if you are up to the challenge of bumping up your skill level.

Baseball Umpires

AO Branching Into Baseball

If you are a baseball umpire, or interested in branching out into baseball umpiring, or a school or league baseball host or organizer, AssignOffial may be of interest to you. AssignOfficial is looking into branching out to baseball. If you are wondering who's on first, or seeking or interested in baseball umpiring, please contact AssignOfficial.

Softball Umpires

Softball Umpires Also

Softball of all levels, youth rec, youth comp, schools, adult rec, adult comp, all leagues/levels, AssignOfficial is open to assigning umpires for softball. If there is enough interest in umpiring softball games they will certainly be placed in the mix as well. If you are interested in such a position or if your team/league is interested, please contact AssignOfficial.

Flag Football

Gaining In Popularity

Flag football is becoming more popular across the country. AssignOfficial is looking into assigning refs for flag football. Teams and leagues are increasing around the Redding area. As this sport grows in popularity we will just need a mentor fully knowledgeable with ref positioning, mechanics, and basic rules. Please contact AssignOfficial if you have an upcoming flag football season seeking officials.

Basketball Officiating

We Just Need A Lead

Let's throw basketball in the loop also. Assigning of basketball refs through AssignOfficial is also being considered. All we need is an interested team/league and a base reference of basketball officials to get the ball bouncing. A good starting point would be a team/league with a starting base of local referees and a local (or willing to travel) mentor. Be sure to contact AssignOfficial with your basketball officiating needs and let's see where we can go.

Space Aliens Invade Northern California

The Space Aliens visited the Lenticular Lemurians under overcast skies this evening and left the Lemurians mesmerized in defeat with a score of 13-11 in a match that played on into the twilight hour. The crowd of locals were stunned and in disbelief as well as the few travelers from undisclosed elsewhere areas of the universe. No interviews were held as both teams were unavailable for comment. According to a wide-eyed spectator, "It was as though both teams just vanished from the field".

If There Were A Story

If there were a story for this area of the page it would be here. But apparently the story hasn't been written yet, or is in the works and so the story isn't available yet. The story should be about an event that either did happen but has yet to be told, or hasn't yet happened and so is yet to be told. In any event, the event hasn't been very eventful yet but it is expected to be eventually.

The End Of Time

The clock was ticking as the defense stalled the re-start of play. With a lead of 13-11 the defense took their time getting up from the pile of players over the tackled opponent at mid field. The time that it took for the offense to get back to the line of scrimmage depleted the time they had for two more plays and left them with just enough time for one last opportunity to score. A lenticular cloud formed over the field and everyone and everything froze solid in time, except for the clock. The clock kept ticking until it ran out of time.

Thirteen Out Of Eleven

A recent survey shows that 13 out of 11 people struggle with fractions. It is not yet known what the sum of this denominating factor sums up to but most mathematicians are divided with an absolute equation but positive that it is a negative and also that it could possibly be reciprocated in time. Language arts instructors are concerned that it could lead to an increase in run-on sentences because the numbers just continue to talk and talk and talk without coming to a conclusion before answering the equation that has not been spoken for.

Flat Earthers

The Flat Earthers have announced that their membership has been on the increase lately and that they now have satellite offices all around the world. It is estimated that their satellite offices are spread out approximately horizon to horizon. More information can be found in their latest circular, The Last Flat Word.
